A zesty twist on this delicious combination of flavours. It makes a perfect finishing sauce on steamed asparagus or grilled salmon and is a lovely complement to seafood. It’s also great on a Nicoise Salad or used as a dipping sauce for artichokes. A recipe for Salmon Pasta Salad is on the label. This product won the Gourmet Retailer Aisle by Aisle Contest at the NASFT Fancy Food Show, San Francisco, 2005.
