1. How long will your products keep?

All our products have a shelf life of at least nine months. Soy Vay and Garlic Valley Farm products will keep open in the fridge for 12 months or until the end of their sell-by date and Dulcet Cuisine products will keep open in the fridge for 6 months or until the end of their sell-by date.

2. Are your products vegetarian?

All our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

3. Are your products kosher?

Soy Vay products are certified kosher by the Kosher Overseers Association of America Inc and the Orthodox Union and Garlic Valley Farm products are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union (OU).

4. Are your products gluten or wheat free?

All Garlic Valley Farms garlic juices and the whole of the Dulcet Cuisine range of products are gluten free and wheat free.

5. Are your products genetically modified?

None of our products are genetically modified.

6. Are your products natural?

All of our products are natural and contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

 7.  Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £8.00

8.  How do I remove products from my basket?

To remove products from your basket, click on the basket icon or go to the "What's in my cart?" page and tick the box next to the item you want to remove.  Then click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page and the products you have ticked will be removed from your basket.

9. How much is your post and packing charges?

Our minimum post and packing is £3.35.  Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail and larger orders will be sent by Parcelforce 24.
