United Kingdom Postage and Packing Charges (excluding Highlands and Islands) Orders up to 1 kg: £3.25 Orders between 1 kg and 1.5 kg: £4.50 Orders between 1.5 kg and 15 kg: £4.95 All orders under 1 kg will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class Postage. For all orders over 1 kg, we use Parcelforce24 tracked and traced postage and packing service. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure despatch is within 2 working days of your order, subject to product availability. Europe Please allow between 7 to 10 days for delivery by airmail. We provide a 4 to 7 day service for the following countries for all orders over 2 kilos: Austria

Sweden Rest of the world Please allow between 14 to 21 days for delivery by airmail Returns United Kingdom We will endeavour to replace or refund the price of damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of your claim. Please notify us by email to customerservices@amazingfoodcompany.com that the goods are damaged with full details, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of delivery, please notify the driver that the goods are damaged and sign for the goods as "damaged". If the Amazing Food Company requires the products to be returned, the costs of returning the goods will be at the discretion of the Amazing Food Company. Overseas We will endeavour to replace or refund the price of damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of your claim. Please notify us by email to customerservices@amazingfoodcompany.com that the goods are damaged with full details. Claims will only be accepted within 28 days from receipt of your payment. On receipt of delivery, please notify the driver that the goods are damaged and sign for the goods as "damaged".
