Stewi's Gorgeous Quick and Easy Veri Veri Teriyaki Burgers

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 12 minutes

Ingredients
Approx 450g minced beef, lamb or pork
2 tablespoons Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (see our product list)
1 chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove or 8 sprays of Garlic Valley Farms Freshly Pressed Garlic Juice (see our product list)
1 teaspoon mustard (English or French)
1 teaspoon tomato puree
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Mix together the meat, chopped onion, garlic, mustard, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce,  Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.  Bind the mixture together with the egg.  You probably won't need to use all of it.

2. Press the mixture together into patties and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes before cooking.

3.  Barbecue or grill for about 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, until cooked through

Lisa's Very Easy and Delicious Wasabiyaki Baked Salmon

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time:  25 minutes

Ingredients
Fresh boneless salmon fillet, one per person
Soy Vay Wasabiyaki (see our product list)

Put the salmon in a flat dish, skin side up, and cover generously with Soy Vay Wasabiyaki marinade so that all the edges are coated and the pink part of the salmon is placed downwards into the marinade.  Cover the top of the dish with tin foil and leave in the fridge for at least half an hour to marinade, although you can leave it overnight if you prefer.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and, without removing the foil, place the dish containing the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes.  After 20 minutes, remove the salmon from the oven and turn each piece of salmon over so that the pink side is now facing upwards.  For a more intense flavour and highly recommended, splash some more Soy Vay Wasabiyaki over the top of the salmon and, after placing the tin foil back over the dish, return to the oven for five minutes.  Then remove from the oven and serve.  It is delicious served with rice or a jacket potato, using the juices from the marinade as a sauce.
