Cover the top of the dish with tin foil and leave in the fridge for at least half an hour to marinade, although you can leave it overnight if you prefer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and, without removing the foil, place the dish containing the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the salmon from the oven and turn each piece of salmon over so that the pink side is now facing upwards. For a more intense flavour and highly recommended, splash some more Soy Vay Wasabiyaki over the top of the salmon and, after placing the tin foil back over the dish, return to the oven for five minutes. Then remove from the oven and serve. It is delicious served with rice or a jacket potato, using the juices from the marinade as a sauce. |
